Processing and Shipping Times
Please allow for 7-10 business days for processing & production after placing your order. Domestic orders (those shipping within Canada) will typically take 5-8 business days to arrive once shipped.

*Please note that there may be some unforeseen delays with our suppliers due to COVID-19. We appreciate your patience and are working very hard to adhere to the above production timelines.

Our offices and distribution centre will be closed on weekends and for all statutory holidays, which may affect the processing time of your order. Weather conditions, peak shopping seasons, and statutory holidays may also cause delays in the shipping and/or delivery of your order.
